Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By providing your telephone number(s) and confirming your acceptance of SMS/text messages from Thrive Wellness Lab, through electronic and/or digital means, you expressly consent to receive recurring non-marketing and marketing text messages from Thrive Wellness Lab, a division of Chimichanga Media, LLC (“Thrive Wellness Lab”), and others texting on behalf of Thrive Wellness Lab, including text messages made with an automatic telephone dialing system, at the telephone number(s) that you provide. Your consent is not required to purchase any goods or services. You may opt out of these communications at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and Conditions, our Terms Of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and agreements related to your use of Thrive Wellness Lab services.

Program Description
Thrive Wellness Lab and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system to deliver text messages to you. Thrive Wellness Lab text messages are intended to provide you with information about Thrive Wellness Lab goods and services, including exclusive limited-time offers and VIPeak Rewards.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Thrive Wellness Lab text messages as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans. Thrive Wellness Lab does not impose a separate fee for sending Thrive Wellness Lab text messages.

How to Opt In
To opt in to receive text messages from Thrive Wellness Lab, go to https://ThriveWellnessLab.com/join-newsletter/ please follow the instructions provided when you enroll via the Thrive Wellness Lab website or smartphone application.

How to Opt Out
To stop receiving text messages from Thrive Wellness Lab, use the mobile phone corresponding to the number enrolled in Thrive Wellness Lab text messages and reply “STOP” in response to a text message from the Thrive Wellness Lab text messaging program or text “STOP” to 866-603-3706. You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out. This will only opt you out of the specific text messaging program associated with that phone number or 866-603-3706, and you will remain opted in to any other text messaging programs where you have enrolled.

Your Mobile Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying Thrive Wellness Lab immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify Thrive Wellness Lab of a number change by via the “Contact Us” page on its website.
You agree to indemnify Thrive Wellness Lab in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Thrive Wellness Lab if you change your telephone number, including but not limited to all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state telemarketing laws.

You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of the control of Thrive Wellness Lab, and Thrive Wellness Lab is not responsible or liable for issues arising from them.

Eligibility
To receive Thrive Wellness Lab text messages, you must be a resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older. Thrive Wellness Lab reserves the right to require you to prove that you are at least 18 years of age.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Thrive Wellness Lab may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any such revision, modification, or amendment through reasonable means, including but not limited by email to any email address you provide or by text message to any telephone number you provide. Said revision, modification, or amendment shall not apply retroactively and will not be effective until seven (7) days after we provide notice. If you do not agree to the revision, modification, or amendment, you must opt-out of Thrive Wellness Lab text messages within the 7-day notice period. If you do not opt-out, you will be deemed to have accepted the revision, modification, or amendment.

Termination of Text Messaging
Thrive Wellness Lab may suspend or terminate your receipt of Thrive Wellness Lab text messages for any reason, including if Thrive Wellness Lab believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of Thrive Wellness Lab text messages is also subject to termination if your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. Thrive Wellness Lab reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of Thrive Wellness Lab text messages, with or without notice.

Communications and Consent to Electronic Notices
You may communicate with Thrive Wellness Lab via postal mail, telephone, and our website. Thrive Wellness Lab may issue notices via various channels, including by sending email to an address you provide. You agree that such notices shall have legal effect.You also agree that notices sent by email satisfy any requirement that notices be provided in writing. If you do not agree, do not use Thrive Wellness Lab products or services.
Your consent to receive electronic communications applies to this transaction and any future transaction which may arise out of this transaction. You may have the right to withdraw your consent to receive certain electronic communications, and when required by law, Thrive Wellness Lab will provide you with paper copies upon request at no charge. If you withdraw your consent, Thrive Wellness Lab reserves the right to terminate your use of Thrive Wellness Lab products or services.
To receive, access, and retain the notices that Thrive Wellness Lab sends via email, you must have Internet access and a computer or device with a compatible web browser. You will also need software capable of viewing files in PDF format. Your device or computer must have the ability to print, or download and store, e-mails and PDF files. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you can receive, access, and retain the notices that Thrive Wellness Lab may send. Billing Address

Billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.
Returns & Subscription Cancellations

100% money back guarantee covers price of product only. 100% money back guarantee does not cover shipping and handling fee due to the fact that the customer made the decision to try product, therefore the customer accepts to pay the fee to ship the product.

Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card –OR- mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.

You have NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the NINETY (90) DAY time limit will not be processed.
FOR Homesteader Depot SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY:
Monthly Subscriptions: You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your Homesteader Depot monthly subscription. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time after the initial THIRTY (30) Days has passed.

Terms of Subscription Renewal

Monthly Homesteader Depot Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to Returns & Subscription Cancellations section of the Terms of Service page.

Yearly Homesteader Depot Subscriptions automatically renew each year at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to Returns & Subscription Cancellations section of the Terms of Service page.

Personal Checks

All checks are held for 10 business days. Orders placed with a check will be held for 10 business days. Once 10 business days is complete, the order will be released and shipped.
All returned check will be charged a $25 USD return check fee.
Counter checks will not be accepted.
Checks and money orders must be sent in US funds.
